I'm just drifting in from GC. I've been an Avatar fan since it was first coming out, and I've usually managed to keep up with the series.  xD  

My biggest thing connected to Avatar is that I've read a butt-load of fics in the fandom.  And I'm still reading them.  xD  I like TLA fanfiction more than LoK fanfiction for the most part, because at this point there's just more material to work with.

My favorite nation is Air, and my favorite character in The Last Airbender is Zuko.  My favorite canon couple is Sokka/Suki or Sokka/Yue.  

Aang/Katara as it was portrayed in the series always felt a little icky to me, but I like how they seem to have developed as of Legend of Korra.  (I mean, Katara.  He's eleven-twelve.  You're fourteen.  What are you thinking?)  I've never been a big fan of Zutara either, but that's more because rabid fans make my stomach curdle.  Which does not mean I dislike Katara!  I like Katara quite a bit when she isn't being sappy over Aang.  

As for Legend of Korra, my favorite characters are Iroh, Tarrlok, Korra, and Tenzin.  I have some trouble deciding.  ^^;;;  I adore Tenzin's family - and all of the other characters in Korra.  But mostly Tenzin's family.

I can't really think of anything else Avatar specific.  So, hi!
